Welcome to our cabin. To ensure a safe, respectful and orderly stay, the following rules are mandatory for all guests and companions.
1. Use of the Cabin
The cabin is rented exclusively for temporary lodging purposes.
Use of the property for commercial activities, large parties, political or religious gatherings, or any event exceeding the authorized number of people is prohibited.
The maximum number of occupants allowed is the one agreed at booking: 6 people, with the option to pay for extra beds up to a total maximum of 8 people.
No additional visitors are allowed without prior authorization.
2. Check-in / Check-out Times
Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
Check-out: until 12:00 PM (noon).
The community's rest is a priority: loud music or disruptive noise is prohibited between midnight and 8:00 AM.
Arrival and departure times can be discussed based on the availability of the person handing over the keys.
3. Guest Responsibility
The guest is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the cabin, its furniture, appliances, utensils and/or outdoor facilities.
Any damage must be reported to the host immediately.
Please report anything broken before leaving the cabin, so replacement can be coordinated.
4. Not Allowed
Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas — please don't drop cigarette butts on the ground, and do not burn the artificial turf.
Pets are not allowed unless expressly agreed with the host beforehand.
Bringing in weapons, drugs, or any illicit substance is strictly prohibited.
5. Safety
Guests must close doors and windows when leaving the cabin and during rest hours.
The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
Do not leave the stove, TV, or water heater turned on when unattended.
6. Responsible Use of Resources
Please use water responsibly, especially in the Pica area where this resource is limited.
Please turn off lights, fans, heaters, and electrical equipment when not in use.
Do not pour oils, food scraps, or solid objects down the sink, bathroom sink, or toilet.
The cabin uses tank water for the shower and bathroom — please let us know if you run out of water during your stay, although we generally keep an eye on this. Bottled water is provided for drinking water.
The cabin has a portable air conditioner: guests must keep it filled with water so it doesn't burn out.
7. Cleanliness
The cabin is delivered clean and tidy, and must be kept in good, clean condition throughout the stay.
A deep clean is not required upon departure, but responsible and careful use of the spaces is.
Trash must be taken out when leaving the cabin — there's a dumpster half a block away, or it can be taken to another dumpster in the Pica commune.
Any spills, excessive mess, or accidents must be cleaned up promptly.
Dishes and any kitchen or grill utensils used must be washed, dried, and put away.
If linen washing was paid for, request the sheets from the host who hands over the house keys; the same applies for towels.
8. Keeping the Cabin Tidy
All furniture, utensils and household items must be kept in the same place and order in which they were found.
Moving furniture, beds, appliances, or other items without authorization is not allowed.
